The Katowice Notary Chamber was established in 1992 and, in accordance with the Notarial Law, represents all notaries operating notarial offices within the district of the Court of Appeal in Katowice.
The Katowice Notary Chamber, together with the other chambers and the National Notarial Council, constitute the notarial self-government. Membership of notaries is mandatory.
